Key board short cuts for Ms-Excel

Hi gays,

Today I'm going to talking about some of  the most using key board short cuts in Ms-Excel. The short cuts will be helped you to do your works easily and using short cuts will be saved your time as well.

General 
Open help  = F1
Copy selection  = Ctrl + C
Cut selection  = Ctrl + X
Paste content from clipboard / coppied data = Ctrl + V
To insert the coppied data = Shift + Insert
Display the Paste Special dialog box  = Ctrl + Alt + V
Undo the last action  = Ctrl + Z
Re-do the last action  = Ctrl + Y
Repeat the last action  = F4
Select table row  = Shift + Space
Select table column  = Ctrl + Space
Display find and replace with Find tab = Ctrl + F
Display find and replace with Find tab = Ctrl + H
Find previous match (after initial Find)  = Ctrl + Shift + F4
Find next match (after initial Find)  = Shift + F4
Show right-click menu  = Shift + F10
Display control menu  = Alt Space
Create table  = Ctrl + T
Select table (when active cell is in table)  = Ctrl + A
Insert chart in new sheet  = F11 / fn + F11
Toggle Auto filter  = Ctrl + Shift + L
Activate fillter  = Alt +
Clear slicer filter  = Alt + C
Insert embedded chart  = Alt + F1
Open Thesaurus / Research bar = Shift + F7
Open Macro dialog box  = Alt + F8
Open VBA Editor (Visual basic for application) = Alt + F11
Duplicate object  = Ctrl + D
Hide or show objects  = Ctrl + 6
Run Spellcheck  = F7
Open Modify Cell Style dialog box  = Alt + '
Worksheet 

Insert new worksheet  = Shift + F11
Print  = Ctrl + P
Open print preview window  = Ctrl + F2
Delete current worksheet  = Alt + E , L
Rename current worksheet  = Alt + O , H R
Go to next worksheet  = Ctrl + PgDn
Go to previous worksheet  = Ctrl + PgUp
Move current worksheet  = Alt + E , M
Zoom in  = Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Up
Zoom out  = Ctrl + Mouse Wheel Down
Select adjacent worksheets  = Ctrl + Shift + PgUp/PgDn
Toggle scroll lock  = ScrLk
Toggle full screen  = Ctrl + Shift + F
Set print area  = Alt + P , R S
Clear print area  = Alt + P , R C
Protect sheet  = Alt + R , P S
Workbook

Create new workbook  = Ctrl + N
Open workbook  = Ctrl + O
Go to next workbook  = Ctrl + Tab
Go to previous workbook  = Ctrl + Shift + Tab
Minimize current workbook window  = Ctrl + F9
Maximize current workbook window  = Ctrl + F10
Save workbook  = Ctrl + S
Save as  = F12
Close current workbook  = Ctrl + F4
Close Excel  = Alt + F4
Protect workbook  = Alt + R , P W
