Quick Access Toolbar - Excel

Hi everyone,

Today I'm going to write about "Quick Access Toolbar" in Excel. This toolbar is using quick access to some function.

You can normally find this tool on the top of the left-hand side of your Excel program. See the below image and the red coloured area is the toolbar

When we click on the last button of the toolbar you can customize the buttons of the toolbar.

Here you can see the added button and unadded buttons showing in the drop-down menu. The √ marked buttons are already added to the toolbar and other buttons can be added when you click on the relevant option.

If you need to remove an added button from the toolbar just click on that relevant option and then it will be removed from the toolbar.

Ok. here you can see the last option on this dropdown menu. It's named ""Show Below the Ribbon".
When we click on this the "Quick Access Toolbar" will be appeared below the ribbon. See the bellow image.

In this drop-down menu, there is a little collection of buttons. If you need to add mere buttons to this toolbar, you have to go tho the "More Commands" option and it will be appeared as below.

In here you can customize your "Quick Access Toolbar" with more buttons. Try this and this will help you to access selected buttons faster than before.
